To become a Certified Fit & Strong! Instructor, you must be enrolled and complete the required training course.  Please check with your sponsoring organization for enrollment details.  Once enrolled, you may access the training sites by using the links below and using the enrollment credentials provided by your sponsoring organization.

Fit & Strong! @Home - Instructor Orientation

Certified instructors can offer Fit & Strong! online to participants who can join their fitness sessions from home. Click this link to access the online Instructor Orientation for Fit & Strong! @Home.
