Fit & Strong! Equipment
Equipment is needed to host a Fit & Strong! class.
If a site already has any of the following items available- resistance bands, mats, ankle weights- then it will not be necessary to purchase that item. The equipment costs are one-time up-front cost. Sites are encouraged to store equipment at the site, and re-use for subsequent iterations. Below are examples of the equipment needed. Contact us for our recommended vendors.
